19 year old DMV artist Lil Xelly is quickly taking over my Sound cloud likes and becoming a household name to people paying attention. They said that soundcloud was dead but xelly has continued posting content exclusive to the app.

Lil Xelly has done nothing but evolve as an artist during his time posting music, even now after playing his tapes for months I lost count of how many projects he has. And what’s crazy is they are all super high quality.
Xelly frequently collaborates with new producers, which helps him create ever-changing music. Lil xelly has a multitude of sounds and he has potential to have more, he is early in his career showing no sign of slowing down.
Xelly has songs and tapes out with people like Danny Wolf, Noirbrent, Oogiemane / WOD, mexikodro, dylvinci, surreal gang, neilaworld, and many many more. I personally hope to hear more collaborations with Oscar100, Nedarb, Sadbalmain, and callari.
It is rare these days to find someone still in their hometown releasing this quality and quantity of unique music , especially this early in their career. Xelly is the most hard working rapper on soundcloud right now in 2019, adding new styles and sounds to his arsenal with every tape.
